Swiss Bit

I had my first 'chasse' last night, and as with all things Swiss, it was wonderful.Every fall from October to the end of November, the 'chasse' menu is everywhere, chevreuil, hare, deer, boar, all things hunted as well as an incredible selection of mushrooms, courge, and marrons.Soon it will be raclette season and I can permanently give up hope of losing the 5 kilos I've packed on since arriving here last spring.
