Okay ... so, who gets to swim out to the buoy to attach the balloons?
There is a distinct lack of ice or snow in this picture! I could go there and I would volunteer to attach the balloons if it was warm. LIKE really really nice and warm and sunny!Ok, why the balloons???
Er...I have no idea why balloons were attached to the buoys in the Rhine that particular weekend, but it was indeed very warm then 22+ ...niiiiiice.
