We do not (as a general rule) use plastic bags anymore. In NS, the cloth bags are all the rage, so I have 4 dozen of them around ranging from liquor and book stores to the three grocery chains.
I'd be happy if plastic was removed from the general populace all together.
Now medical uses are a little different, but anything that is considered "post consumer" ... that needs to go.
My word that was one of the best things I have seen in a long time! Cloth bags are in abundance here as well, but plastic is still everywhere. I hate them, except when I use them to pick up dog crap. That seems to be the only good use for them. Have a great weekend Brite!!
Oh, this is sad....and painfully ironic. I dislike plastic bags entirely...and I'm surprised by how many times I need to tell the cashier that I don't want it!
